By accessing or using ChannelIQ at channeliq.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including those who access the free report and those who purchase the full report.

2. Description of service

ChannelIQ is a YouTube channel analytics tool that fetches publicly available YouTube channel data and generates an AI-powered report identifying growth issues and recommendations. We offer:

• A free channel audit report
• A paid full report (one-time payment)

The reports are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results or growth outcomes from following our recommendations.

3. YouTube data

ChannelIQ uses the YouTube Data API v3 to access publicly available channel data. By using ChannelIQ you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. We only access public data — we do not require access to your private YouTube account data.

4. Payments

The full report is available for a one-time fee. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. By making a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of the report, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your report, please contact us at hello@channeliq.io and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ChannelIQ for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our reports or AI-generated content at scale
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our analysis methodology
• Use automated tools to generate bulk reports
• Misrepresent ChannelIQ reports as your own proprietary analysis when reselling services

7. Intellectual property

All content on channeliq.io including the interface, design, and AI-generated report content is owned by SUMMITHQ LTD. You may use your own report for personal and business purposes but may not reproduce or resell ChannelIQ reports as a standalone product.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ChannelIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the recommendations will achieve any particular result. YouTube channel growth depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SUMMITHQ LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChannelIQ. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ChannelIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
