Due to the instant digital nature of ChannelIQ reports, all sales are final. Your report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, which means we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been accessed.

Why we have this policy

ChannelIQ generates a personalised AI-powered report the moment your payment is processed. The report is delivered instantly and contains unique analysis tailored specifically to your channel. Because the digital product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", we operate a no-refund policy.

This is consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow businesses to exclude the right to cancel for digital content that has been made available immediately with the consumer's prior consent.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing your report — for example the page failed to load or you were redirected incorrectly — please contact us at hello@channeliq.io and we will resolve the issue promptly or regenerate your report at no additional charge.
